How do I book a picnic?

It’s always best to submit a form so that we can review the details. Based on our discussion, we will send you a quote with a link to pay a non-refundable deposit.

Once we receive your deposit, your picnic will be secured on the specific date of event.


How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend a WEEK. Due to planning. However it depends on availability. Plan ahead to secure date and time.

What happens if I need to cancel my reservation?

Once we receive your deposit, we take our product out of our inventory for your specified date and are 100% committed to be available for your event. However, we do understand that things come up, so we are committed to working with you on rescheduling your event for a later date.

What happens if it is raining on the day of my picnic?

Being located in New Orleans, we know how unpredictable the weather can be. As with any good planning of holding an outdoor event, it is always recommended to have a location for a “Plan B” in case of severe weather.

If you do not have a plan b, we’d be more than happy to reschedule your event for a later, sunny day.

Can I bring my own food?

Yes you can bring your own food and beverages.

What if I wanted to extend the time length of my picnic?

Yes, please consult with us on extending your reservation. (Extra charges will apply)

What if I don’t give confirmation for my picnic in a timely matter?

No confirmation, No event.

“no call no show” happens often.
Confirmation is a must! Late confirmations is not acceptable. Due to packing for events happens the day before.
